Automated laundry factory conveyor machinery and automated equipment

This conveyor is the entire production line conveyor for an automated laundry factory, serving as the entire conveyor for a well-known laundry factory in southern Taiwan.
To complement the imported quilt and sheet folding machine, and to facilitate the connection between the mechanisms.
Through the connection of the conveyor, the washed sheets and clothes will fall directly onto the conveyor and be transported upwards for sorting, so that the operators can carry out the next stage of ironing.

*The newly introduced machines are relatively large, and the workpieces are quite heavy. To prevent slippage during upward transport, patterned belts were used to increase friction. In addition, the entire production line was planned in accordance with the factory's workflow, making the workflow more integrated.

*Double-sided high side panels prevent workpieces from falling off the production line.


The washed workpieces will fall directly onto the production line.


*The sorting takes place here. To the left, the product drops to the production line on the first floor; to the right, it enters the butterfly basket.
