This pallet cleaning and stacking equipment uses a powered roller table to push the entire stack of pallets forward. After moving forward, the pallets enter a safe placement area surrounded by a safety fence.EnsurePersonnel safety is paramount. Next, the pallets enter the slitting machine, which separates each pallet individually. After the initial manual dust removal using an air gun, they enter a dust removal system where powerful fans blow away dust, effectively removing the dirt. The blown-down dirty air is filtered before being released as clean air. Because both sides of the pallets need cleaning, they are rotated 180 degrees to the back in a pallet flipping machine. Then, the back of the pallets is manually cleaned and dusted using an air gun before being flipped back onto the front by a second flipping machine. The cleaned pallets then enter two stacking machines, which neatly stack them, allowing personnel to easily transport them to their designated locations using a forklift.
