Combining stainless steel mesh belt conveyors and aluminum plate belt conveyors, this automated system is designed for the die casting and plastic injection industries, focusing on workpiece handling and cooling.
The system employs two different conveyors to ensure efficient processing. First, the workpiece enters a submersible stainless steel mesh belt conveyor for initial cooling. As the workpiece rises, the conveyor activates a water spray system for a second stage of cooling and drainage. Next, the workpiece is smoothly transferred to a flat mesh belt conveyor for a second drainage process. After these steps, the workpiece is conveyed in a special "U" shape, cleverly guided onto an aluminum sheet conveyor. The integration of the aluminum sheet conveyor primarily aims to extend the conveying time, effectively achieving the cooling effect. This design maximizes heat dissipation, ensuring a rapid drop in workpiece temperature. Ultimately, the system operates smoothly, and the workpiece is precisely lifted to the customer-specified unloading height. This intelligent automation not only improves cooling efficiency but also makes the entire manufacturing process more efficient.
