This solution effectively solves the risk of tipping over, improves the accuracy of material positioning, and enhances production efficiency.

  • The front section of this conveyor is specially designed with an inlet mechanism to help customers avoid tipping over due to the inclination when placing cable bundles.
  • Adjustable feeding ramp:Adjust the angle of the inclined plate according to the width of the cable bundle to ensure that the material is stably fed into the conveyor belt.
  • Patterned design with anti-slip features:To prevent materials from slipping during transport and improve transport safety.
  • Adjustable side rails:Adjustable side guards are provided on both sides, which can be adjusted according to the size of the cable bundle to ensure that the material does not shift during the conveying process.

  • The belt conveyor connects to the aluminum extrusion power roller conveyor. This model is designed to provide highly stable material conveying while ensuring precise positioning during the conveying process.   • In the final section of the conveyor, we used a 90-degree turning powered roller, which can flexibly change the conveying direction to meet the needs of space constraints.
