LI-CHEN INDUSTRIAL is expanding again, relocating its production base to its current location—a new 1,500-tsubo (approximately 165 square meters) factory at 148-3, Kosei-ro, Kamioka-ku. This move not only increases production capacity but also lays a solid foundation for future business expansion.

With the company's succession plan in place, Lai Chien-hung took office as the second-generation chairman. Upon assuming the role, he focused on improving labor-management relations and promoting workplace reforms.
