Today, we'd like to introduce an aluminum sheet belt conveyor. Most conveyors on the market are made of steel belts, but this aluminum sheet belt was designed and molded by LI-CHEN and can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius. It's widely used in the die-casting industry, replacing the earlier iron belt conveyors. Because aluminum sheet is relatively flexible and elastic, there's less concern about workpiece damage or deformation during transport. Additionally, the lightweight nature of aluminum makes the entire machine less bulky and difficult to move, making it increasingly popular. Furthermore, we've designed a tunnel above the conveyor and installed two blowers to allow the die-cast products to pass through and achieve a cooling effect. The tunnel entrance reveals that the conveyed items are large die-cast products, and we've also specially heightened the design for customer convenience.
