Today, I'm going to introduce a double-chain jig conveyor used in conjunction with a grinding machine and an arm. Although these two conveyors look the same and have the same structure, they actually operate in opposite ways: one is an infeed conveyor and the other is an outfeed conveyor.
The only difference is that the discharge conveyor has an additional full-load detection photoelectric sensor. Workpieces are manually placed onto the chain to await transport. A fiber optic positioning system decelerates and stops the conveyor. When a material cylinder rises, an arm removes the workpiece upon reaching the designated position, allowing for the next operation. This in-and-out conveyor system, combined with the arm, significantly increases production line capacity. Furthermore, this conveyor features a clever design: a mechanism on the side allows for width adjustment to accommodate different workpiece lengths.
