In the manufacturing process, especially in hot forging, the temperature of the workpiece after forging is usually quite high. To ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processes, the workpiece needs to be cooled to an appropriate temperature. 1.System connection and cooling equipment design
The front end of this conveyor is seamlessly connected to the hot die forging machine, ensuring that high-temperature workpieces can smoothly enter the conveyor from the forging machine for cooling. To meet production needs, we assisted the customer in designing a cooling device connected to the conveyor, allowing the workpieces to reach the required cooling temperature during transport, ensuring stable quality in subsequent processes.
2.High-temperature resistant material selection
The conveyor uses a galvanized iron top plate belt with high heat resistance to withstand the transport requirements of high-temperature workpieces. Furthermore, to avoid the common issues encountered in high-temperature environments...UPE material gasket trackThe track melted due to heat, so we replaced it with a brass track. Brass has excellent heat resistance, effectively improving the system's durability and stability.
3.Adjustable side guard mechanism
Because the dimensions of the workpieces may vary during the production process, we designed a setEight walkway side rails can be adjusted simultaneously.With this mechanism, operators can quickly and synchronously adjust the side gaps of the conveyor, significantly shortening operation time and improving production efficiency.
4.Safe and easy-to-clean design
Considering that a small amount of oil or water may remain on the surface of the workpiece during the conveying process, we have added door panels to the bottom and sides of the conveyor. This design not only effectively collects oil and water, facilitating cleaning operations, but also improves the operational safety of the equipment and provides better protection for the production environment.
