Multi-size workpiece cooling system
In the manufacturing process, especially in hot forging, the temperature of the workpiece after forging is usually quite high. To ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processes, the workpiece needs to be cooled to an appropriate temperature. In this project, we designed and planned a professional stainless steel track-mounted top plate conveyor for the client, effectively improving production efficiency and safety.

Equipped with professional cooling equipment, the workpiece is cooled to the appropriate process temperature, ensuring stable quality.
The use of high heat-resistant galvanized iron top plate and brass track enhances the high temperature resistance and stability of the conveyor.
The design incorporates an adjustable side guard mechanism, which can simultaneously adjust eight aisle side guards, shortening adjustment time and improving production efficiency.
