Hello everyone, today I'm introducing an aluminum extrusion flat conveyor. This client is a PCB manufacturing company. Their old machine in front of them was originally for connecting workbenches, but to automate the process, they bought a testing machine. A conveyor was needed to connect the two sections, so LI-CHEN designed this conveyor. PCBs fall from the front conveyor onto our aluminum extrusion flat conveyor. Once the PCB reaches the center and is illuminated by the sensor for a few seconds, the conveyor stops, and the cylinder pushes it forward to align the PCB with the edge, waiting for a signal from the rear conveyor. If the signal is ON, it moves forward; if the signal is OFF, it remains stationary. If another PCB falls from the front, since the rear signal is OFF and the conveyor is stationary, the front sensor only needs to be ON for a few seconds (the number of seconds can be set by the client). Then, a buzzer will sound to notify the client of an abnormality requiring personnel to troubleshoot. That concludes today's introduction.
