In the past, the packaging and weighing of screw parts required a lot of manual labor. With the advancement of industrial automation, this process can now be replaced by conveyors.

This time, we designed a two-tiered aluminum extrusion belt conveyor system for the client. On-site workers simply place the cartons into the upper conveyor belt inlet. The cartons are conveyed forward by the conveyor, and when they reach a designated point, screws are fed into the cartons via a feeder. A vibrating motor then flattens the screws inside the cartons. Next, the cylinder positions the cartons, and a lifting conveyor sends them down to return them to their original feed end, where they are collected by on-site personnel.

The use of conveyors in production lines not only improves efficiency but also reduces a lot of labor waste.
