Due to site limitations, we used different types and lengths of conveyors to help them. First, the energy drinks are sterilized and packaged at high temperatures and then conveyed via stainless steel conveyor belts.90The inclined turning machine transports the drinks to a flat conveyor for alignment. After a certain quantity is determined by a counter, the drinks are pushed horizontally into a cooling tank and subjected to prolonged cooling and temperature reduction within a stainless steel immersion conveyor. Once cooled, they are sequentially sent out row by row. The speed difference of the conveyor keeps the distance between each pack of energy drinks separate. A nozzle is attached to the conveyor to remove moisture from the drinks. The rear section uses a steering mechanism to adjust the direction of the energy drink nozzles, making it easier for packaging personnel to handle the drinks. Today, I'd like to introduce a customized conveyor system developed by our renowned energy drink manufacturer. Due to limitations in customer premises, we provide different forms and lengths of conveyors to suit their specific needs. Firstly, the energy drinks are subjected to high-temperature sterilization and then packaged. The energy drinks are transported for alignment through 90-degree turns and an incline conveyor connected to the flat conveyor. A counter is added to ensure a specific quantity before they are later pushed into a cooling tank. drinks undergo extended cooling and temperature reduction inside the stainless steel immersion conveyor. Once the cooling process is complete, they are sequentially conveyed out in rows. The conveyor speed is adjusted to create sufficient distance between each package, and blow nozzles are installed to remove any moisture from the drinks. In the latter stage, the conveyor system is configured to change direction and adjust the orientation of the drink nozzles. This rotation facilitates easy access for personnel packaging, and at the end of the line, the drinks are arranged, integrated, and packed into boxes. You may have noticed that all the machine bodies are made of stainless steel. This choice of material is due to the client being a food factory and needing to meet food-grade requirements.
