This machine was designed to transport plastic sacks filled with powder. During transport, there is a possibility of residual powder on the outside of the sacks. To prevent this powder from falling into the packaging line, we installed air knives and blowers above the conveyor to protect the hygiene of the production line and improve operational efficiency.
In addition, we adopted a ramp-like design at the head end, from low to high, to make it easier for the customer to unload materials.
In addition, we have also installed sensors at the end of the machine to detect the conveyed items in a timely manner, so as to ensure that the conveyed items do not fall to the ground, thereby further improving production efficiency and safety.
