Hello everyone, today I'm going to introduce this roller conveyor that can stack and unstack baskets back and forth.
This conveyor is used in the injection molding industry. The customer requested automation to reduce the manpower required for handling on the production line.
First, after stacks of baskets enter the production line, a lifting mechanism separates one basket for the next process. In the second process, a cylinder is used to fix the basket and connect it to an arm to grip the workpiece and put it into the basket. Then, baskets are sent out one by one in sequence.
The reverse is the basket stacking mechanism, where baskets are placed one by one on the conveyor. When the second process is reached, an arm will pick up the workpieces, and then the lifting mechanism will stack the baskets and send them out.

In the second process, a cylinder is used to secure the basket, connect it with a robotic arm, and then pick up the workpiece and place it inside the basket. The baskets are then sent out one by one in sequence.
Similarly, the reverse mechanism stacks baskets one by one onto the conveyor. Upon reaching the second process, the robotic arm picks up the workpiece, and the lifting mechanism stacks the baskets before sending them out.
