Today, I'd like to introduce the most common type of conveyor belt. This customer mainly uses it for picking and shipping in their store. Before implementing our equipment, they used traditional workbenches for inventory management, which wasn't very efficient or smooth. With the simple application and combination of a conveyor belt, the upper conveyor transports items ready for shipment, while the lower conveyor carries pre-packaged items. Personnel only need to stand at a fixed point and wait for the items to be transported to the front. After packaging, the items are placed back on the lower conveyor, completing one packaging and shipping process. The items are then transported to a roller platform at the end for final confirmation before being shipped. This minimizes personnel movement during packaging and picking, and the use of a circulating conveyor belt achieves significantly higher efficiency.
