LI-CHEN Conveyors | Aluminum Extruded Belt Diversion Packaging Line Conveyor Belt
This case involved a client whose production line in mainland China was unable to ship smoothly due to the pandemic, requiring them to relocate most of their production capacity back to Taiwan. LI-CHEN designed this three-belt aluminum extrusion packaging line to address the issue of workpiece capacity on the packaging line and facilitate the work of packaging personnel. The three aluminum extrusion belts achieve a diversion effect, which not only increases capacity but also prevents the entire packaging line from stopping if one line stops. In the receiving section, a sensor detects when 10 workpieces have accumulated and are falling into the receiving area. This signal is communicated to a cylinder, which, in conjunction with two other cylinders, opens and closes, causing the workpieces to fall onto the baffle conveyor belt of the packaging line. This ensures that each section of the conveyor belt has the same number of workpieces and that they are facing the same direction. Incidentally, when packaging personnel remove defective products, they place them on the defective product conveyor belt, allowing them to be distinguished from the normal workpieces.

Lichen has designed this set of three aluminum extrusion belt conveyors for the customers, specifically for the diverter packaging line, to solve the production capacity issues on the assembly line. When the packaging personnel identifies NG items, they can directly place them on the NG line in the middle, transporting them to the end for recycling.
