This time, we designed a dedicated meat slice conveyor for our client. It's equipped with a meat slicer for hot pot at the front. Once the meat is sliced, it falls onto a baffle and is conveyed to the end for bagging. Cleaning is a crucial part of any food conveyor system. LI-CHEN incorporated a liftable design on the conveyor baffle, making it easier for personnel to clean the conveyor belt. Because the client's conveyor belt end was very high, cleaning was inconvenient. Therefore, LI-CHEN designed a lifting motor mechanism under the conveyor belt. Once activated, the conveyor slowly lowers to a comfortable height for cleaning.
