Today I'll introduce pallet cleaning and stacking equipment. A powered roller conveyor pushes the entire stack of pallets forward, into a safe placement area surrounded by safety fencing to ensure personnel safety. Next, the pallets enter a slitting machine, separating each pallet individually. After a manual dust removal step using an air gun, the pallets enter a dust removal system. A powerful fan in this system blows away the dust, effectively removing it from the pallets. The blown-down dirty air is filtered before being discharged as clean air. Because the pallets need to be cleaned on both sides, they need to be transferred to a pallet flipping machine.180After being rotated to the back, the pallet moves to the next station where a manual air gun cleans and removes dust from the back of the pallet. Then, it enters a second pallet flipper to flip the pallet back to the front. The cleaned pallets then enter the next two pallet stackers, which neatly stack the pallets, allowing personnel to easily transport the stacked pallets to their designated locations using a forklift.
