Today, we'll introduce a machine that uses an aluminum strip conveyor with a jig for feeding, while a double belt conveyor is used for receiving. The conveyed material is a motor shaft. A jig is installed above the aluminum strip. The operator places the shaft on the jig. As the conveyor belt moves to the front end, a robotic arm grips the shaft and sends it to the washing machine for processing. After processing, the robotic arm retrieves the shaft onto the double belt conveyor, where it awaits receiving, reducing waiting time. Adjustable side rails are located on both sides of the double belt conveyor, allowing the operator to adjust them according to the size of the workpiece. To maintain a clean working environment, oil collection trays are installed under both conveyors.
