Hello everyone, today I'm going to introduce an aluminum extrusion flat conveyor. This customer is a PCB manufacturing company. The old machine in front of the customer was originally used to connect workbenches, but in order to automate the process, they bought a testing machine. The middle part needed a conveyor to connect them, so naturally, LI-CHEN designed this conveyor. The PCB board is dropped from the front conveyor onto our aluminum extrusion flat conveyor. After the PCB board reaches the middle and is illuminated by the sensor for a few seconds, the conveyor will stop, the cylinder will push forward to align the PCB board with the edge, and wait for a signal from the rear conveyor. If the signal is ON, it will move forward; if the signal is OFF, it will remain stationary. If another PCB board drops from the front, since the rear signal is OFF and the conveyor is stationary, the sensor installed at the front will only need to be ON for a few seconds. This number of seconds can be set by the customer, and then the buzzer will sound.
