1.Vibration platform design

The core equipment of the entire system is a vibrating platform specifically designed for coffee beans. A vibration motor is installed under the platform. When the coffee beans are poured into the feed hopper, the vibration force evenly spreads the beans on the platform, ensuring that each bean is processed evenly.

2.Silver ion water atomization spraying system

The platform features atomizing nozzles in the middle section, responsible for spraying silver ion water. This design ensures that the silver ion water evenly covers each coffee bean, effectively inhibiting bacteria and maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the beans.

3.Perforated drainage design

To prevent excess moisture from remaining, the entire platform is covered with a perforated board, allowing excess water to drain smoothly, preventing the coffee beans from becoming too damp, and reducing the risk of mold.

4.air drying and sterilization system

The platform is equipped with a fan and a UV sterilization lamp at the rear. The fan dries the surface moisture of the coffee beans, while the UV lamp further sterilizes them, ensuring that no bacteria grow during processing and guaranteeing the hygiene and safety of the coffee beans.

5.Infrared drying and packaging equipment

Finally, the coffee beans are sent to an infrared drying device for final drying to completely remove residual moisture and ensure that the coffee beans maintain their best quality and flavor after packaging.

Did you know that the handcrafted coffee we usually drink requires many processing steps after the coffee beans are roasted before they can be packaged and delivered to us?

This time, we helped a client design a vibrating platform for coffee bean processing. A vibrating motor is installed beneath the platform, and workers pour the coffee beans into the feed hopper. Through vibration, the coffee beans are evenly spread across the platform. In the middle of the platform, atomized silver ion water is sprayed evenly over the beans. We've installed perforated plates throughout the platform to allow excess moisture to drain.

At the rear of the platform, fans and UV sterilization lights are used to dry and sterilize the beans, eliminating excess moisture from the spray. Finally, the beans are sent to the next stage of the process, where infrared equipment handles drying and packaging.
