The overhead crane is used to lift the slide rails onto the aluminum extrusion powered roller table, and the slide rails are transported to the grinding machine with the help of cylinder positioning. The robotic arm then clamps the slide rails and puts them into the grinding machine for grinding. Moreover, the roller surface is designed with rubber coating, so there is no need to worry about the slide rails being scratched during transportation.
The end section is also designed with a belt-type lateral movement mechanism to form a temporary storage area. When the processed slide rails accumulate to a certain quantity, the electronic control system will notify the personnel to collect the materials.
