This time, LI-CHEN designed a set of aluminum extrusion conveyor equipment for the client, which is equipped with optical inspection. Through the design of aluminum extrusion belt gooseneck conveyor and hopper, screws and other parts can be poured into the bucket and slowly fed upwards. Combined with the design of aluminum extrusion belt flat conveyor and limit mechanism, the parts can be accurately placed on the correct track without piling up. Finally, a vibrating plate is connected to the end to send the parts into the optical inspection instrument.
In addition, a return-flow aluminum extrusion conveyor is designed below to send excess or undetectable screws back to the original material bucket and then feed them upwards again.
