This project utilizes the most common aluminum extrusion double-belt conveyor, coupled with two different types of cylinders, to meet the customer's needs for transporting palletized timber. The timber is positioned on the aluminum extrusion double-belt conveyor, and text is branded onto the timber using the customer's branding machine. Finally, when the timber reaches the end of the conveyor, a rotary cylinder flips it over for subsequent gripping by a robotic arm.
Using this conveyor in production not only solves the problem of manual handling of wood, but also improves the production bottleneck of the branding process, thereby increasing overall production capacity.
