The customer needed items that would be gripped by a robotic arm at the rear, so we utilized a hollow double-belt design with a bottom-mounted blocking cylinder for positioning. Movable side guards and star-shaped handles are located on both sides, allowing adjustment of the side guard width to our desired setting. The conveyor is fed onto the belt by a worker positioning themselves on one side, and then the double belts slowly move the item backward. Dual-belt conveyor. For this project, the conveyor is collaborating with the robotic arm. To accommodate this, we have designed the dual-belt conveyor with a hollow center and equipped it with a stopper cylinder at the bottom to achieve precise positioning. On both sides, there are adjustable side panels and star-shaped handles, which allow us to adjust the width of the side panels to our desired settings using the star-shaped handles. The conveyed item is placed on one side of the conveyor by personnel and then slowly transported backward by the dual belts. There is a stopper installed at the end of the conveyor.
