The customer was conveying extruded aluminum parts that had undergone milling and turning. Because the processed parts often contain oil, sap, and sharp burrs, they weren't suitable for a standard belt conveyor. Therefore, LI-CHEN designed an aluminum extrusion plastic sheet belt conveyor for the customer, utilizing the waterproof and scratch-resistant properties of the plastic sheet belt to solve the conveying problem. The water collection tray below the conveyor collects excess oil and sap that flows down from the conveyed parts, keeping the factory floor clean.
