Starting with the customer and considering their needs, LI-CHEN conveyors assisted a major machining center manufacturer in central Taiwan with the planning of a hydraulic lifting power roller conveyor.
The client's original process involved personnel manually feeding baskets of workpieces one by one into an ultrasonic cleaner to clean blind holes using a gantry. To address this, LI-CHEN conveyor system was designed with the client in mind, featuring a hydraulic lifting roller conveyor at the same height as the client's trolley. This, combined with the infeed and gantry outfeed heights, also facilitated material preparation, saving personnel waiting time.
