In the past, the packaging and weighing of screw parts relied heavily on manual labor. With the advancement of industrial automation, this process can now be replaced by conveyors.
This time, we planned a set of upper and lower aluminum extrusion belt conveyors for the customer. The on-site operators only need to put the carton into the upper conveyor belt inlet. The carton is transported forward by the conveyor. When it reaches the fixed point, the screws are fed into the carton by the feeder. Then, the vibrating motor is used to shake the screws in the carton flat.
Next, the cylinder is positioned, and the carton is fed down via a lifting conveyor, returning to its original feed end for collection by on-site personnel. The use of a conveyor in the production line not only improves efficiency but also reduces a lot of labor waste.
