What kind of conveyor can be folded? Today, I'm going to introduce a foldable powered roller conveyor.
This case study illustrates how LI-CHEN designed an assembly line for the end-user of an American automotive company in Japan. The line uses a conveyor plate with automotive parts placed on it. The plate is then moved by cylinders to a designated point on the customer's robotic arm for assembly.
Most importantly, when personnel need to repair the machine, the folding powered roller conveyor can be folded up to allow personnel to enter and perform repairs.SENSORWhen the powered roller conveyor is detected folded up, the entire production line will stop operating.
