This time, we designed an all-stainless steel belt conveyor for our client, primarily transporting films coated with dye. To ensure more even dyeing, we added sheet metal to the end of the conveyor, allowing the client to install a scraper on it. As the film is transported to the rear end, it will be evenly dyed.

The most unique feature of this machine is undoubtedly the manual cylinder! Since the customer wanted the conveyor belt to be washable and to prevent dye from dripping everywhere, we designed the entire machine to be made of stainless steel with a water-resistant PU belt, and a manual cylinder was installed at the lower end. This way, excess dye during conveyor operation can drip directly into the cylinder, preventing environmental contamination. When the belt needs cleaning, simply flip the cylinder switch to raise the cylinder and add water for easy cleaning.

And the most special part of this machine is the manual cylinder! Since the customer wants the belt to be cleaned and the dye is not dripping everywhere, we plan the whole machine for the customer to be stainless steel with a water-resistant PU belt, and install a manual cylinder below the end of the conveyor. In this way, the excess dye can be directly dripped into the cylinder while the conveyor is being transported, and the environment will not be soiled. If the belt needs to be cleaned, just flip the cylinder switch to raise the cylinder and fill it with water, you can easily clean it.
