This project involved planning a multi-belt conveyor system for aluminum extrusion, with upper and lower levels, coupled with robotic arms for loading and unloading. After the workpiece is conveyed to its designated point, the arm grips it and places it into the upper-level machine tool for processing. The processed workpiece is then placed on the lower-level conveyor back to the end, where the arm retrieves it back into the storage basket. This unique approach and combination makes conveyor belts an indispensable piece of machinery for production line upgrades.
