The machine introduced today is a preform loading bin specially made for preform machinery manufacturers. It is designed for use with larger preforms, as larger preforms cannot be sorted using a sorting machine. Therefore, LI-CHEN helped the customer plan this machine.

First, the customer places all the preforms into the feeding box. The cylinder separates the bottles and pushes them onto a belt gooseneck conveyor. The bottles are then slowly fed to the top and propelled by the cylinder along a customer-made track to complete the blow molding process.
