Today, we'd like to introduce a special double-belt lifting conveyor for aluminum extrusion. Because our customers' products vary in length, we specially designed this machine, which can move laterally. LI-CHEN has also added a scale marking on the bottom of the machine to facilitate customers in measuring and recording the product length, and quickly finding the desired position on the machine.

In addition, the customer's products are arranged sequentially on the machine. Once all the materials are in place, the lifting mechanism rises and integrates them into a tray. The original process on this production line involved manual material picking. This machine not only speeds up the material picking process for production line workers but also makes the results more accurate.
