Today, we're going to introduce a stainless steel plastic mesh belt sprinkler conveyor. This machine is specially made for bottle preform machinery manufacturers. Because the preforms are relatively large, the bottles blown out are thicker, and the heat cannot be cooled immediately by the machine. A sprinkler system is needed to cool them down and prevent the bottles from deforming or denting.
Due to the client's environmental constraints and aesthetic concerns, LI-CHEN installed a water tank on the conveyor to create water circulation within the system, and added a radiator to regulate the water temperature, preventing the water from overheating upon contact with the bottles. Another crucial aspect is that the same water repeatedly circulating within the container inevitably accumulates dust and other contaminants. The addition of a water circulation filter ensures that the water sprayed onto the bottles is always clean. Of course, the water still needs to be changed regularly to ensure the client enjoys a certain level of food safety and hygiene—a feature LI-CHEN had considered in advance when designing the system for the client.
