By using aluminum extruded non-powered roller tables and aluminum extruded belt flat conveyors, we connected each workstation, allowing the packaged cartons to be directly sent to the conveyor and transported to the packaging area. This saved time on stacking and transportation, and improved overall work efficiency.
Utilizing the space beneath the roller table, a custom-made drawer is created to store cardboard boxes, providing a designated place and making material retrieval more convenient. Furthermore, because cardboard boxes come in various sizes, a roller conveyor system is planned at the end of the production line. Unlike typical non-powered roller tables, roller conveyors have a smaller roller center distance, accommodating a wider range of cardboard box sizes and can also be used as a temporary storage area.
