Conveyor belts have countless applications; this time, we designed two conveyor belts for a food factory to transport lunch boxes. The belt surface is made of food-grade special materials.PUBecause the machine needs to be fixed on the workbench, aluminum extrusion feet cannot be assembled under the machine body. Therefore, long holes are milled in sheet metal on the side of the machine body to allow the conveyor belt to be directly fixed on the table.

On-site personnel can place empty lunch boxes directly at the front end of the conveyor belt and fill them with food during transport. Since the end of the conveyor belt connects to a worktable, the filled lunch boxes can be directly collected by the packaging staff at the back.
