Today, we'll be introducing the aluminum extrusion chain gooseneck conveyor. This machine is specially designed for preform machinery manufacturers. Because the preforms are large and thick, uneven temperature distribution during feeding into the blow molding machine results in poorly shaped bottles.NGTherefore, LI-CHEN designed an oven-type chain goose head conveyor for the customer.
Firstly, because the conveyor needs to be heated for a long time, it is not recommended to use belts or plastic sheet belts to avoid reducing the belt's lifespan. Heat-resistant aluminum sheet belts, iron belts, and mesh belts are also avoided because the preforms require uniform heating, and these types of belt surfaces are not used to prevent scratches. Ultimately, LI-CHEN designed a chain combined with jig plates as the conveyor belt surface, which not only avoids scratching the preforms but also ensures that every surface of the preforms is heated evenly.
To ensure that the hot air circulates within the conveyor and that the preforms are heated evenly, LI-CHEN utilizes a drying hood made of sheet metal and insulation cotton, combined with a hot air blower, to meet customer needs.
