Today we're introducing a double-layer belt planar conveyor, and the material being conveyed is the most common mobile phone glass screen.
Because personnel will be stationed on both sides of the conveyor, an emergency stop button is installed on the side of the machine. In case of an emergency, personnel can quickly press the emergency stop button to stop the conveyor. Furthermore, the conveyor belt is marked with green, blue, and black colors to clearly indicate whether the glass screens on the conveyor belt have passed inspection or are defective. Since the conveyed items are very small mobile phone glass screens, a blade-like design is used at the conveyor joints to prevent the glass from getting stuck in gaps during transport.
