This time, we designed a carton conveyor line for the client. To accommodate the end-of-line carton stacking and the directional gripping of the cartons by the arm, we installed a carton-flipping mechanism above the aluminum extrusion belt flat conveyor. Each time a carton passes through this mechanism, it flips over.90Furthermore, a set of side-push cylinders is installed on the side of the lower section aluminum extrusion belt flat conveyor. Through the operation of the cylinders, the carton will be pushed horizontally to the working platform next to the conveyor, and then the arm will pick up the carton.
Because the side-pushing action of the cardboard box can easily cause the belt to shift, a gray double-sided yarn belt with adhesive guide strips inside was chosen for this project. The surface friction of double-sided yarn is lower than that of double-sided yarn.PVCSmaller and unlike the common white double-sided yarn, the gray color makes it less likely for dirt to be visible. This design not only reduces the surface friction between the cardboard box and the belt, but the inner guide under the belt also keeps the belt in the center, preventing it from shifting.
