This time, we helped the customer plan a non-powered roller table. Since the amount of screws produced by each machine is different and the time is uncertain, we placed cardboard boxes on the end roller table. After the boxes are filled, we pushed them to the side to the end, poured the screws into the boxes, weighed them using the scale under the roller table, and finally packed them into boxes.
As for why a powered roller table isn't used...?
Because when boxes are assembled, they may collide with each other during transport from the branch line to the main line. Solving this problem requires additional photoelectric and electronic control systems, which incurs extra costs. To meet customer needs, LI-CHEN firstly planned the process using the most cost-effective method, and secondly, reduced the labor involved in manual handling, requiring only manual pushing. This achieves both labor-saving and cost-effective results. LI-CHEN truly considers things from the customer's perspective.!
