This time, we designed an all-stainless steel belt conveyor for our client, primarily transporting films coated with dye. To ensure more even dyeing, we added sheet metal to the end of the conveyor, allowing the client to install a scraper on it. As the film is transported to the rear end, it will be evenly dyed.
The most unique feature of this machine is its manual cylinder.!
Because the customer wanted the belts to be washable and the dye to not drip everywhere, we designed the entire machine to be made of stainless steel with water-resistant materials.PUThe belt is fitted with a manual cylinder at the lower end, allowing excess dye to drip directly into the cylinder during transport, preventing environmental contamination. When the belt needs cleaning, simply activate the cylinder switch to raise it and add water for easy cleaning.
