This time, we helped our client plan a belt gooseneck conveyor, mainly for transporting shredded cardboard.

Previously, customers collected and disposed of the cardboard manually, which was time-consuming and labor-intensive. With the conveyor, the cardboard shreds can be directly transported into the boxes, greatly reducing the need for manpower and improving work efficiency.

What makes this machine special is the ruffled edges on both sides, which prevent small pieces of paper from falling into the machine, eliminating the need for cleaning.

Additionally, due to the machine's considerable length, we added three rows of rollers at the bottom for support to prevent the belt from loosening, and used LI-CHEN designated...30*90Aluminum extrusion significantly reduces the weight of the machine body.
