This time, we've planned a plastic mesh belt flat conveyor for our client to use with their demagnetizing machine. This conveyor is used in a metal processing plant. The demagnetizing machine removes residual magnetism from metal parts, reducing the chance of wear caused by magnetic attraction and improving the workpiece's durability and longevity. We're using a plastic mesh belt instead of a traditional belt for this conveyor. Besides the fact that plastic mesh belts are excellent at draining oil and water, the main reason is that metal workpieces inevitably have unfinished areas, and sharp edges can easily scratch the belt and cause damage. As for the machine body...SUS304The stainless steel material prevents the machine body from rusting due to metal wear, effectively extending the life of the conveyor belt.
