The parts produced often need to be soaked in oil, especially iron parts. Oiling can prevent the workpieces from rusting. The two main features of this machine are that the conveyor itself is immersed in the oil storage tank and the belt is fully enclosed. The integration of the machine body and the oil storage tank eliminates the need for manual removal when workpieces enter the tank. The conveyor will transport them out automatically, saving manpower. The fully enclosed design ensures that any oil spills or drips are contained within the steel plate below and flow back into the oil storage tank, reducing unnecessary contamination.
