Round tubes are usually processed.,It may not be something you use every day, but round tubes are crucial in many products. To ensure efficient workpiece processing, we designed a steel plate-type vertical conveyor belt.
All iron materials must be processed before reaching consumers. Steel plate vertical conveyor belts are mainly used for transporting round tubes and rods. The key to vertical conveying is installing baffles on each section of the conveyor belt to ensure neat transport of the round tubes. Considering the varying lengths of the round tubes used by customers, a limiting baffle is designed inside the feed hopper to achieve multi-purpose functionality. This baffle can be adjusted according to the size of the object being conveyed.3The drop height at 1 meter is relatively high. For safety reasons, we designed an aluminum extrusion protective rod to prevent the round pipe from falling.
