This is the stainless steel rail top chain conveyor. Positioned at the front of the conveyor is an interface with a hot forging press, where the temperature of the workpieces is relatively high after forging. To smoothly proceed to the next stage of the manufacturing process, Lichen assisted the client in planning the equipment connected to the conveyor and cooling the workpieces to the required temperature.
This conveyor utilizes heat-resistant stainless steel top chain belts. Beneath the top chain belts, we replaced the commonly used UPE material chain guide with the brass chain guide to prevent contact between the workpieces and UPE, thus avoiding potential melting in high-temperature environments. Due to significant variations in workpiece dimensions, we designed a mechanism that can adjust eight aisles with adjustable side guides to minimize personnel operation time.
Considering the possibility of oil on the conveyed materials, we installed metal sheet door panels on the bottom and sides of the machine to facilitate easier cleaning and enhance safety.
